GET /trades: Trade Log by Query Parameter

Trade log for a wallet supplied as a query parameter. Alternative to /traders//trades.

Returns the same trade log as /traders/{address}/trades, but the wallet address is passed as a query parameter instead of a path segment. Response shape is identical.
